SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
The Town of Greenport will hold a Special Town Board meeting on Thursday October 16, 2025 at the Greenport Town Hall, 600 Town Hall Drive, Hudson, New York 12534 from 1:00 to 2.30 P.M. The meeting will be held to discuss the Tentative Budget for 2026 and to approve the Tentative Budget as the Preliminary Budget.
The Town is allowing people to join in person at the Greenport Town Hall. You may also join us virtually at meet.google.com//ive-yded-fha or join us by phone at (US) + 1-315-810-2239, PIN:506744243 . There will be no public comment observed at this meeting. Questions will be welcomed at the Public Hearing on the budget on Wednesday, November 5, 2025

Public Notice
There will be a Budget Workshop meeting on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 3:30 P.M. prior to the 5:00 P.M. monthly Workshop meeting at the Greenport Town Hall, located at 600 Town Hall Drive, Hudson, NY. The public is welcome to attend and observe the process, however, there will be no public comment period observed at the workshop meeting. Questions will be welcomed at the public hearing later in the budget process.

TOWN BOARD MEETING and PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF GREENPORT
The Town of Greenport will hold a Town Board meeting on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 6:00 PM. preceded by a workshop meeting at 5:00 PM and a public hearing at 5:50 P.M. at the Greenport Town Hall, 600 Town Hall Drive, Hudson, New York. The public hearing will be to hear all interested parties on Local Law No. 8 of the year 2025 and is titled “A local law of the Town of Greenport to amend Chapter 48 of the code of the Town of Greenport, Short Term Rentals. A full and complete copy of the local law is available for inspection at the office of the Greenport Town Clerk during normal business hours, and is also available on the town internet site at www.townofgreenportny.gov. The Town is allowing people to join us in person. Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Greenport shall hold a Town Board meeting on Wednesday August 6, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at 600 Town Hall Drive, Hudson, New York. Law. The meeting will be preceded by a 5:00 P.M. workshop meeting. The Town will accommodate in-person public attendance at this meeting, however, interested parties are afforded the opportunity to present public comments in writing or orally during the public broadcast at meet.google.com/ycf-xezo-uqj.
