TOWN BOARD MEETING,

                                     

Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Greenport shall hold a Town Board meeting on Wednesday March 5, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Greenport Town Hall, 600 Town Hall Drive, Hudson, New York.  Law. The meeting will be preceded by a 5:00 P.M. workshop meeting.  The Town will accommodate in-person public attendance at this meeting, however, interested parties are afforded the opportunity to present public comments in writing or orally during the public broadcast at meet.google.com/ixh-zrdp-kqp. In addition, the Town Board will also provide public access to share oral comments in real time by phone at (US) +1 219-250-4562, PIN: 895001525 .  Any written comments may be submitted to the Town Board, Attn. There will be a Special Town Board Meeting at the
Greenport Town Hall, 600 Town Hall Drive, Hudson, New York on
Monday, February 24, 2025 at the office of Supervisor Kathleen Eldridge at 10:00 AM.

      The purpose of the Special Meeting will be to discuss plans for the Highway garage, traffic and properties in the Town.

Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Greenport shall hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at 600 Town Hall Drive, Hudson, New York. The hearing will be to share comments by all interested parties on Local Law #1-2025,  providing Real Property Tax Exemptions for Volunteer Firefighters and Ambulance workers pursuant to Sections 466-4 & 466-L of the Real Property Tax Law. The meeting will be preceded by a 5:15 P.M. workshop meeting. The Town will accommodate in-person public attendance at this meeting, however, interested parties are afforded the opportunity to present public comments in writing or orally during the public broadcast at meet.google.com/iwr-pgsq-zyz. In addition, the Town Board will also provide public access to share oral comments in real time by phone at (US) +1 267-766-0120, PIN: 105424018.  A full and complete copy of the proposed Local Law is available for inspection at the office of the Greenport Town Clerk and is also available  on the Town website.  Any written comments may be submitted to the Town Board, Attn. Town of Greenport Town Board meeting February 5, 2025
