The Town of Greenport is soliciting letters/resumes from Greenport residents to fill a vacancy on the Board of Assessment Review. As a member of the Board of Assessment Review, you have the duty and responsibility of hearing assessment complaints and exercise your judgement and discretion to make an impartial determination on the complaints brought before you and be sure that all property owners are assessed fairly and accurately.

The Town of Greenport will hold a Town Board Meeting on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at the Greenport Town Hall, 600 Town Hall Drive, Hudson NY 12534 at 6:00pm, preceded by a Workshop Meeting at 5:00pm The Town is allowing people to join in person at the Greenport Town Hall. Dog License Fees
Attention Dog Owners:
The Town of Greenport is committed to providing essential dog control services to residents of the Town, including dog licensing enforcement of dog-related ordinances and animal shelter operations; and the current dog license fees are insufficient to adequately fund these services.
Effective June 2, 2025 the fees to license a dog will be $15.00 for a spayed or neutered dog and $25.00 for un-spayed and un-neutered dogs.
